Design and technical pack
Construction drawings, measurement charts and artwork placement prepared for the partner facility.
Prototyping
A first physical prototype confirms construction and fit before any tooling commitment.
Sampling
Sealed samples produced in the agreed materials, with revisions tracked round by round.
Testing and review

Pre-production approval
A signed-off sample becomes the reference against which production is measured.
Production coordination
Scheduling, material release and in-line checks managed with the partner facility.
Decoration and finishing
Printing, embroidery, labelling and packaging applied to the approved specification.
Final inspection
Pre-shipment inspection against the sealed sample, with a written record issued.
Logistics and supply
